Quality and Security

We work on a daily basis with information that is of great importance to our customers, and we often deal with information regarding new products or services before they are presented to the market.

Naturally, this type of information is extremely sensitive - and potentially damaging if it were to fall into the wrong hands - since it could cause a company to suffer large damages in the form of lost or reduced revenues. For this reason we work actively with information security.

It is also important that our language products maintain a high and consistent level of quality. A poorly translated product sheet or brochure could result in considerable losses for a company.

In order to ensure our quality standards, we use the very latest in project management and translation techniques. All of our suppliers must pass a special quality test, and our entire organization is quality certified. All of us at Semantix see quality assurance as a normal part of our daily work. Our quality assurance co-ordinator coordinates all quality development activities at the company.
